Application
Dry: Simply use your brush and apply the shadow to your eyelid or cheeks (as highlights). Use fingertips for a sharper colour payout with higher glitter intensity.
Wet: Wet your shadow brush for the most colour and glitter payout. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most colour payoff. Fluffier brushes are great for blending. Use a small angled brush to line the eyes.

Swatch
I followed the arrangement from the palette.
The darker side of the room.
There will be a lot of pictures of the swatches because they are glitter-finish so it means that through different lighting & angle, they will have different appearance or colour outcome.

Verdict
Unlike most of the glitter powder shadows from many of my eyeshadow palettes, these colours are super pigmented glittery and shimmery. Yes, both glittery and shimmery are two different words describing different expressions. I like that you have a lot of neutral-friendly options available here and the fact that the formula was made to allow the wet application. It's not that common since most powder shadows solidify when they contact water and/or with sebum.
Quite frankly, using this palette alone is difficult for a neutral-matte oriented person like me. I would say that glitter enthusiast would really, really, love this product since it gives out the unicorn shine. However, for people like me, we'd use it only in the centre of the eyelid at the end of our eye makeup application.
Overall, it's still an amazing eyeshadow, just that... I prefer to have some matte in my palettes hehe.
