Review| Veet In Shower for Dry Skin

Suffering from excessive hair in parts where a female will not have hair growing there is actually quite embarrassing. These places are usually the chest, tummy, back, neck and bumbum. There's a medical sign for this and it is called Hirsutism.

Now, I'm not sure if my medical report would say "Hirsutism: Positive" or not, but having excessing hair is REALLY embarrassing. It makes you feel less womanly-like.

I have hair on my shoulder, neck, chin and back which makes me feel less-likely to wear clothings that are quite exposing (singlets, bare-backs, etc). So to 'shave' it off, I used Veet Hair Removing Cream - In Shower.
Got this from the drugstore Guardian, KLCC (Malaysia) for RM22.90 .
The package comes with a sponge and a tube of cream.

Do note that: This is not for sensitive parts such as vajayjay, bumbum hole, face, head and other very sensitive body parts.

Because I usually epilate my arms and legs instead, I use this to remove hair which my arms usually cannot reach.

All you need to do is to apply evenly with the coloured part of the sponge and leave it for at least 1 minute without touching water. Using it other side of the sponge with circular motion, roll it off after 3 minutes and then wash it away. You're done. Just make sure you don't leave it for over 6 minutes and wash thoroughly without leaving any residue on your skin.

I give this a 4 out of 5 Stars.
  • It works well but doesn't really last long for me. (Probably because of my hair growth rate)
  • It's not too strong for the skin and when it contacts some small wounds(scratches or minor injury) it only tingles instead of stinging it.
  • The smell is not quite pleasant for the first time but it is bearable for the next continuing sessions. (A LOT better than the Palmer's face hair removing cream)
  • This tube can probably last about 2 - 3 months at least.

I am also doing a review for face hair removing cream.
If you'd like to see it, be sure to check it out :)
