A lightweight velvet finish tint with vivid and rich colour
Vibrant rich colour spreads and natural colours your lips. The soft meringue texture with air matte finish. Long lasting vivid colour lightly adheres to your lips.

Features (5)

  • Gemstone case of your dreams: A sparkly wish stone tint that reminds you of the precious stones.
  • A jewellery-like tip that fits my lips: The tip that fits the angle of my lips helps express neat and distinct lips.
  • Rich and vivid colour: Vivid and rich colour spread softly on the lips whilst expressing natural colour pigmentation.
  • Soft meringue texture: Lighter and softer air-matte finishing texture that applies smoothly.
  • Long-lasting: Vivid and clear colour sticks well to the lips and stays on for a long duration.

Colour System

There are five colours available for this product, ranging from red, pink and peach tones.

RD01 λ„λ„λ°œμΉ™ Sassy Vivid Red
OR01 애ꡐμž₯μ „ Cute Reddish Orange
BR01 예쁨뚝뚝 Pretty Brownish Pink
CR01 μ²μˆ˜λ‹ˆμ¦˜ Innocent Pink Coral
CR02 μˆœμˆ˜μš”μ • Pure Orange Coral

The casing is very convincing, especially with the little glitters in it. I think it's pretty smart to design something that would fit into many girls' desires: to own their very own gemstones. It is also better when the gemstones have more function than cleansing your soul.

Applicator

The applicator wand is pretty long and the applicator tip features the gemstone shape. It is flat on the sides and has a pointy tip.

The application is fairly easy, especially to draw/fix the outline of the lips and try to do a bit of gradient.

Swatch

The texture is rather thick and a little difficult to blend out and smooth around the lips, especially around the creases.

I don't really like the formula tho. It feels like whip cream that doesn't get absorbed into your skin and it doesn't blend in well.

The following image was taken in studio lighting. I did a thinner layer onto my lips.

For the photo below, I applied more than before.

Verdict:

I got this because it was hyped on Althea for a while and I was tempted to get one but then after getting my hands on it, I feel that the space for improvement is super wide.

Smell: Sweet and ???????
Colour: Solid bright neon
Texture: Lightweight creamy; whip cream

It smells fairly sweet. Something like cream and/or cotton candy with a faint grapefruit smell in it. Honestly, I'm having a hard time identifying what exactly does it smells like. The colour is very bright and I wasn't expecting it. It seems alright for me and would've matched my skin tone if it is slightly darker. I personally don't like the texture of this product because it doesn't sit well after it dries out a little bit. It felt like dried out whip cream that has those little spider-web going on. My lips would also feel slightly tacky. So I'd suggest using lesser since the tinting feature of this product is pretty strong. It's better than Clio's Mad Matte Tint and Innisfree's Vivid Cotton Ink as the stain lasted even after eating two meals. Even so, I don't think I'll use it often. It's either I use it as a stain by wiping it off after 10 mins of applying, or nothing.
